    I am not sure. We'd have to have some UK input on that question. Hopefully someone has, or will, jump in and answer. Now that you have asked, I am also curious. ;)

    In the UK we normally have back bacon, there's also "streaky bacon" which is a bit more like the stuff in the US but that's slightly less common.
